Microwaved Chocolate Cake in a Cup:

Orange Almond Biscotti:
These biscotti aren't quite as hard as their wheat predecessors but they do make a delightful, not too sweet, treat.

Pancakes:
Just like the pancakes you would get at a restaurant, not too fluffy or flat. Tasty.
