All recipes listed in the recipe database are tested at sea level, in the rainy city of Victoria, BC (Canada).
If you live high in the mountains, or in a particularly dry location you will need to experiment a bit to get the exact same results as us. Units:
Throughout this site, we measure things in the typical North American way (degrees Fahrenheit, Cups & Spoons!)
- however we realize that a lot of people don't use use this system.
